It's a beautifully converted 18th century arched barn with an exceptional amount of space, stylish interior design and superb levels of comfort - all contributing to a wonderful feeling of escape and relaxation.

Spacious, airy open plan sitting area with large sofa and armchair, table, TV, 8-speaker sound system and fabulous arched window with countryside views flooded with evening sunshine..
Very large bedroom with a fabulously comfortable superking bed which can convert to 2 singles, usb charging points, plenty of hanging space and stone alcoves that are relaxingly lit at night.
Bathroom with twin basins, walk-in rain shower, contemporary fittings, underfloor heating, good quality towels and toiletries.
Upstairs kitchenette with kettle, tea/coffee, fridge and sink (handy for that morning cuppa or evening glass of wine).
Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including air fryer, hob, microwave, coffee machine, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, plus a sofa and cosy dining nook. We are pleased to provide complimentary oatcakes, home made jam, butters and mini-milks..
Large tiled hall with an old school radiator, plenty of room for coats, boots , golf clubs etc.
Small sunspot seating area outside with gas bbq.
Private parking outside.
Walks and cycling straight from the front door.

Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Early check-in/late check-out may be possible subject to availability.
In front of the property there is parking space for up to two cars.
Pets are not permitted at this property to maintain allergy-free spaces for all guests.
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
Parties or events are not permitted. This ensures a peaceful environment for neighbours and other guests.
No children or infants. The property is suited for over 18's and ideal for couples.
Woodmill Arches is situated opposite the working yard of the Wade's family food business, Screaming Peacock, so there is some rural traffic during the day.

The Building

Woodmill Arches was completely restored in 2019 by a team of specialist tradesmen, notably the stonemasons working in traditional stone.
